- Only Zero Gravity products that were directly purchased from our online store can be returned .
- Please note that each authorized retailer got his own return policy , zero gravity has no control on products that were not purchased from our online store.
- Zero Gravity products can only be returned within 30 business days from the date they were received.
- Abused products can not be returned in any way.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied for each returned item.
- Each return product must be repackaged with all original elements received in the box.
