1. Agree to sign electronically: Review the consumer disclosure and select the checkbox "I agree to use Electronic Records and Signatures."
2. Click CONTINUE to begin the signing process.
3. Fill in your full name and valid email address. Submit the form by clicking BEGIN SIGNING.
4. Start the signing process: Click the START tag on the left to begin. You will be taken to the first tag requiring your action.
5. Click the SIGN tag. You will be asked to Adopt Your Signature.
6. Verify your name: Verify that your name and initials are correct. If not, change them as needed.
7. Click ADOPT AND SIGN to adopt and save your signature information and return to the document.
8. Fill in the ADDRESS with your physical address.
9. Click the attachment icon and select the picture(s) you wish to share.
10. Confirm signing: When you finish clicking all signature tags in the document, confirm signing by clicking FINISH. A message will appear stating that you have completed the document. You can now download a PDF copy or print a copy of the document.
