What is the Limited Lifetime Warranty?

 

We’re proud to offer you a lifetime warranty on our products. If your product ever has any manufacturing or workmanship defects, tears in half, or your Mylar authentication piece falls out we will replace it. We want you to feel confident and secure that when you invest in Zero Gravity™ products.
Warranty applies for Perfectio online purchases only. For in-store purchases, you must register your product first.

What does the warranty not cover?

It will not cover wear and tear instances, such as the device logo wearing off due to normal wear. The warranty does not cover mistreatment or misuse of the product. We reserve the right to refuse warranty replacement if such is the case.

The warranty will not cover misuse, such as Perfectio paint damaged by creams, serums or other substances.

Is the FREE limited lifetime warranty replacement really free? Do I have to pay anything?

Per the Lifetime Warranty, your replacement product is absolutely free. Your out of pocket expenses may include:


– A shipping & handling fee of $89.99 in the USA and $129.99 outside the USA for the replacement product to be mailed back to you.

– A Shipping & handling fee of $ 99.99 in the USA and $139.99 outside the USA for the X Series.

– For the Grandio, the shipping & handling fee would be $119.99 in the USA and $159.99 outside the USA for the replacement product to be mailed back to you.
 
- For the Recreo, the shipping & handling fee would be $89.99 in the USA and $129.99 outside the USA for the replacement product to be mailed back to you.
 

– For the Swarovski models the shipping & handling fee would be $200 in the USA and $249 outside the USA for the replacement product to be mailed back to you.

- For the Oxycura, the shipping & handling fee would be $399 in the USA and $499 outside the USA for the replacement product to be mailed back to you.

 – Potential customs/brokerage fees for receiving the replacement product we ship to you (international customers only).

Can my warranty be transferred?

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is not transferrable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product provided such purchase was properly registered and made in compliance with, and accordance to, all other terms and conditions that govern the purchase of our products. We reserve the right in our sole and absolute discretion to determine if products were purchased in compliance with, and accordance to, all other terms and conditions that govern the purchase of our products.

THE WARRANTY UNDERTAKING IN THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY GOODS THAT HAVE BEEN SUBJECTED TO ACCIDENT, DISASTER, LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT,NEGLECT, MISUSE, CORROSIVE ATMOSPHERE HARMFUL TO ELECTRONIC CIRCUITRY, FAILURE OR INSUFFICIENCY OF ELECTRICAL POWER OR UNUSUAL ELECTRICAL SURGE OR SHOCK.
